Key updates include the introduction of Workspaces with configurable access controls, expanded chat capabilities with support for audio files and multiple sources, and a new API for user data management.
New Features
Workspaces & Collaboration
- Introducing Configurable Workspaces: You now have granular control over who can access your workspaces.
- Set workspaces to Personal (default) for individual use.
- Share workspaces with specific individuals or your entire organization.
- Workspace owners can manage user roles and permissions, add or remove other owners, and revert a shared workspace to private at any time.

- "Personal" Workspace: The default "Home" workspace has been renamed to "Personal" for improved clarity.
Chat & Data Interaction
- Multi-Source Chat: Engage with multiple knowledge sources within a single chat session. You can now simultaneously interact with MCP, Web, and Index sources.

- Audio File Support: You can now upload and process audio files directly in the chat interface.
- New File Processing Action: A new "process-file" action is available for performing operations on entire documents, such as converting a file to a different format.
Source & Platform Management
- MCP Tool Management: You can now enable or disable more than one MCP source configuration, providing more precise control over its capabilities. For all existing MCP sources, all tools remain enabled by default.
- User Data Deletion API: A new API is available for system administrators to securely remove user data, replacing the previous "Delete Account" function.
- Branding Update: The user interface has been updated with a new logo and color scheme to align with our latest branding.
Improvements & Fixes
- Security: The workspace ID is no longer visible in the URL when the Workspaces feature is disabled.
- Models: Resolved an issue that prevented newly added models from being disabled. New models are now correctly placed at the end of the model list upon creation.
- MCP: Fixed an error that occurred when using MCP tools with Gemini 3 models.
- Sources: Corrected an issue where Index sources were incorrectly available for configuration in certain environments.
