We are using the Open AI API from Microsoft Azure, which is in their European datacenter located in Paris, France. 

Yes, you can upload several documents and decide whether to extract data with one or more at once. 

Our solution uses a document-to-text converter that supports 550+ different file types and formats, such as CAD, DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, XLS, and XLSX. Ayfie Personal Assistant can also read scanned documents and images.
